Thank you for choosing Cross Creek as your new residence. This bulletin
provides information which will be helpful to you in setting up
your new household.
General
Services to Cross Creek Residents
Maintenance
Requests: Please follow instructions on "Maintenance Requests"
handout in your move-in package.
U.S.
Postal Service:
Daily delivery Monday through Saturday, except holidays. Your name
tag will be placed in your mailbox, if not please contact the Cross
Creek Office. Your name(s)must be on the mail or no delivery will
be made. There is a post office branch located at the Home Hardware
on St. Mary's Road.

Mediacom
Cable:
(Cable Television) 569-5900 - The service is optional and
must be ordered by the resident through Mediacom. There is one cable
outlet in each apartment and located in the living room.
Utility
Services:
It is the resident's responsibility to have all utilities turned
on in the apartment prior to move-in.

Control:
Each apartment is treated on a monthly basis. The schedule is as
follows: Buildings A-K 1st Monday of each month from 9:00 a.m.-
finished Buildings L-T 3rd Monday of each month from 9:00 a.m.-
finished
Laundry
Room:
The laundry room is located next to the office/clubhouse. We are
not responsible for damaged clothing as a result of using the laundry
room equipment. Unattended clothes are the responsibility of the
resident. Please clean up after using the facilities.
